Cancellation Policy
GCC / MIDDLE EAST : EXHIBITIONS/EVENTS (08-12 Aug 2013, 15-20 Oct, 16-20 Nov, 26 Dec – 01 Jan 2014, 16-29 Jan, 23-26 Feb, 20-29 March 2014) : Cancellation/amendments should be done 6 DAYS prior to arrival, else 1 night charge at contracted rates will be applicable. NO SHOW : Full period of stay booked will be charged. HIGH SEASON (30 Mar – 14 May 2013, 01-14 Oct, 21 Oct – 15 Nov, 21 Nov – 25 Dec, 02-15 Jan 2014, 30 Jan – 22 Feb 2014, 27 Feb – 19 Mar, 30 Mar – 15 May 2014) : Cancellation/amendments should be done 4 DAYS prior to arrival, else 1 night charge at contracted rates will be applicable. NO SHOW : One night charge. SHOULDER/LOW SEASONS (15 May – 07 Aug 2013, 13 Aug – 30 Sept 2013) : Cancellation/amendments should be done 2 DAYS prior to arrival, else 1 night charge at contracted rates will be applicable. NO SHOW : One night charge. EARLY DEPARTURE : Full period of stay booked will be charged for all seasons. NAME CHANGE : Name change/amendments will be same as cancellation. —————- NON GCC (2011 – 2013) : HIGH SEASON (8 Aug 2013 – 10 Jan 2014) : Cancellation between 15 – 5 DAYS prior to arrival, 1 night charge will be applicable. Cancellation less than 4 days and up to 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of full stay booked will be charged (MINIMUM 1 NIGHT). Cancellation within 2 days or NO SHOW, full stay booked will be charged. LOW SEASON (11 May – 7 Aug 2013) : Cancellation should be done 2 DAYS prior to the arrival, else 1 night stay will be charged. NO SHOW : 1 night stay will be charged. EARLY DEPARTURE : Entire booking will be charged accordingly. NAME CHANGES : Name change will be considered the same as a cancellation, and will be charged accordingly.
Child Policy
Infant (0-3 years old) : Free of charge. Children (4-11 years old) : will be charged as per the maximum occupancy. 1 infant is free of charge, with complimentary baby cot and buffet breakfast. Rollaway beds / sofa bed / baby cots will be used as extra beds. In case of 2 children sharing the same room with parents, only sofa bed will be provided as an extra bed. Maximum Occupancy : 2 adults + 1 child (with a charge)+ 1 infant : Deluxe Courtyard Room and Premier Golf View Room. 3 adults (with extra bed charge), OR 2 adults + 1 child (with a charge) + 1 infant : Skyline Suite, Montgomerie Suite, Executive Suite.
