Cancellation Policy

EVENTS / EXHIBITIONS (22-26 Jan 2012, 18-22 Feb 2012) : Cancellation should be done 6 DAYS prior to the arrival, else the entire booking will be charged accccordingly. EXCEPT EVENTS / EXHIBITIONS : Cancellation should be done 3 DAYS prior to the arrival, else entire booking will be charged acccordingly. NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE : Entire booking will be charged accordingly. NAME CHANGES : Name change will be considered the same as a cancellation, and will be charged accordingly.

Child Policy

1 child 0-5 years old, sharing the same room with parents, on existing bedding, is free of charge on accomodation and meal. Children 6-12 years old, sharing the same room with parents, on existing bedding, is free of charge on accomodation, but will receive 50% discount on meal rates in hotels restaurants. Children above 12 years old will be considered adults. Extra bed, with breakfast, can be only added in 1 B/R Suite, and will be charged accordingly. Baby cot is free of charge. Extra bed and baby cot should be confirmed first by the hotel.
